1. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders typically process within 1-2 days (Monday-Friday) and transit time depends on your country.

2. HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING?

halfhe is happy to accept returns on all merchandise within 14 days of receipt. However, shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns. Unfortunately, without exception, halfhe cannot accept returns on used or damaged merchandise. For additional information, please see our REFUND POLICY. 

3. WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

PayPal: If you have a PayPal account, you can pay directly by logging into your PayPal account. If you do not have a PayPal account, please pay with PayPal accepted credit cards. PayPal accepts credit cards are: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and American Express, etc.

Why would you want to? Our halfhe fans receive all kinds of perks and special gifts. But if you want, just click the 'Unsubscribe' link at the bottom of any emails. 

5. HOW DO I USE A COUPON CODE?
